- Demographic Data: Date of birth (to ensure age appropriateness and tailor athletic programs).B. Health and Fitness Data (Apple HealthKit)
With your explicit permission, the App may request access to data from Apple HealthKit (such as heart rate, workouts, or activity levels).
- Purpose: This data is used solely to provide athletic insights, track your performance, and allow your connected Trainers to customize your training regimen.
- Protection: We do not use Apple Health data for marketing, advertising, or data mining purposes. We do not sell this data to third parties.C. User Content (Photos and Videos)
You may voluntarily upload photos or videos to the App (e.g., for technique analysis or progress updates).
- Access: At this time, we request access to your device’s photo/video library to allow uploads. And microphone for talk to text when using the chat feature. We do not request direct access to your camera.
- Visibility: This content is visible only to you and your authorized Trainers/Coaching Staff.D. Communications (Chat)
The App includes a chat feature allowing communication between Athletes and Trainers. We store these communication logs to provide the service and maintain a record of coaching advice.2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To create your profile, manage your team roster, and facilitate the athlete-trainer relationship.
- Coaching Insights: To analyze your health data and video uploads to provide feedback and training adjustments.
- Communication: To send you important updates, training schedules, and messages from your coach.
- Support: To respond to your inquiries and troubleshoot app issues.3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and strictly limit disclosure to:
- Your Team/Trainers: Your connected Trainers and Coaching Staff have access to your profile, health data, and user content to provide coaching services.
Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party service providers (e.g., database hosting, authentication services) to operate the App. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use your data for any other purpose.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency).4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, health data, and communications from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored on secure servers using encryption protocols. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.5. Our Service is intended for users aged 12 and older.

Connect your headphones or bluetooth receiver.We are in the process of testing various bluetooth devices to provide specific recommendations. For now, here are the recommended bluetooth device types:- Bluetooth 5.0+ for increased range
- Category 1: Bluetooth receiver + wired earpiece (recommend wearing sweatband to hold wire in place)
- Category 2: Over-ear clip on headphones, Over-ear wrap around headphones for increased awareness versus in-ear headphones.
- Category 3: Single-ear sports earbuds

Easily setup your first game and start calling pitches. Although PitchPulse is intuitive, we recommend you practice using PitchPulse with your catchers to become comfortable using it in your first game.
